Men-Only 21+ Adults Quiet Hours No Parties Clothing Optional Settings

1. Eligibility

  • Men-Only, 21+: Valid government-issued ID required at check-in.
  • Registered guests only. No unregistered overnight guests defined by occupancy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for behavioral violations.

2. Check-In & Out

  • Check-in: See confirmation details.
  • Check-out: Strictly before posted time.
  • Late checkout subject to availability & fees. Self check-in instructions provided via email.

3. Cancellation & Payments

  • Bookings must be guaranteed with a valid payment method.
  • Cancellation policies apply as per booking channel terms.
  • Security deposits or incidental charges may apply.

4. Pool & Common Areas

  • Heated Saltwater Pool. Observe hours.
  • Clothing-optional in designated zones only.
  • No glassware near the pool. Use provided pool towels.

5. Visitors

  • Must be approved and registered prior to arrival.
  • Hosts may limit visitor count for safety.
  • No unregistered overnight stays.

6. Smoking & Vaping

  • Strictly Outdoors Only in designated spots.
  • Use ashtrays. Cleaning fees apply for indoor violations.

7. Noise & Quiet Hours

  • Respect quiet hours (usually 10 PM - 8 AM).
  • No loud parties or events without consent.
  • Repeat violations may result in eviction.

8. Safety & Damages

  • Keep gates closed. Use available safes.
  • Report damages immediately to avoid penalty.
  • Standard cleaning included; excessive mess billed.

9. Pets

  • Keep on leash in common areas.
  • Subject to room policy and deposits.

10. Parking

  • Park only in designated spots.
  • Display pass/tag if provided.

Agreement & Acceptance

By confirming your booking with Garden of Manors, you acknowledge and agree to these House Rules and the full Renter Agreement. In case of discrepancy, the Renter Agreement prevails.
